Refund Policy

Our Quality Commitment

We generate AI headshots using the photos you provide. Because output quality depends heavily on your input photos, we commit to the following: if your results are materially unsatisfactory, we will first offer a free re-generation with adjusted settings. If re-generation also fails to produce usable results, we will issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. We resolve quality disputes within 2 business days.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Undelivered order – your headshot has not been generated and made available for download within 72 hours of payment.
  • Technical failure – a confirmed technical error on our platform prevented your headshot from being generated.
  • Duplicate charge – you were charged more than once for the same order.

7-Day Support Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your generated headshots, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@suityourface.com with:

  • Your order number or the email address used at checkout.
  • At least 3 specific images you are unsatisfied with (by filename or screenshot).
  • A description of the issue (e.g. likeness, artefacts, style, background).

We will review every request within 2 business days and offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Free re-generation with adjusted settings — our default remedy.
  • Partial refund (50%) if re-generation is declined or unsuccessful and some images are usable.
  • Full refund if the output is materially defective (e.g. wrong gender rendering, non-human output, or complete likeness failure across all images).

Requests that do not include specific examples, or that decline a free re-generation without good reason, may receive a partial refund only.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued where:

  • Your headshots were successfully generated and delivered, and you simply changed your mind.
  • You uploaded poor-quality photos — including group photos, heavily filtered photos, photos with sunglasses or face coverings, blurry or low-resolution images, or photos not clearly depicting yourself — and the output quality reflects those limitations. See our photo guide for what makes a good training photo.
  • You are requesting a refund based on hit rate alone (e.g. “only 5 of 36 are good”). AI headshot generation typically produces 3–8 outstanding images per order; this is the expected range and is not grounds for a refund.
  • You downloaded more than 50% of your delivered images before contacting support. Downloading your headshots constitutes acceptance of the order.
  • You have previously received a refund on any prior SuitYourFace order. Each account is eligible for one discretionary refund only.
  • You initiated a Stripe or bank chargeback without first contacting our support team. We contest all chargebacks with full delivery evidence, including timestamps, download logs, and Terms of Service acceptance records.
  • Your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery.

EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right for digital services. However, by uploading your photos and initiating AI training, you expressly request that performance of the service begins immediately. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is therefore lost once AI training has commenced, in accordance with Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK regulations.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Stripe processing fees (approximately 3% + $0.30) are non-recoverable and will be deducted from refunds unless the defect was entirely on our side.

Australian Consumer Law

If you are a consumer in Australia, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Where ACL guarantees apply, our obligations are to provide the remedies required by the ACL. Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the ACL.
